OK Magazine recently interviewed Twilight Saga hunk, Kellan Lutz (Emmett). He talks New Moon and more…

What is your typical day like on the set of New Moon, the sequel to Twilight?

New Moon was a very relaxed film to work on and it all starts with how easy going director Chris Wietz is. That vibe rolls down to the crew and actors. It makes it so easy when we’ve all worked together before. Everything was so well organized, making it easy for the actors to do our job. We had more time to just laugh and make jokes and hang out; it’s important to have a cast that gels the way we do and you’ll see that more in the second film.

The entire cast of Twilight and New Moon has gone from Hollywood new faces to overnight international sensations – has that been a bonding experience for all of you?

It’s amazing what Twilight has done for the cast! It has opened up so many doors for us all. It is such a blessing to be a part of the phenomenon that is Twilight. It’s a dream come true! We are all very close and stay close on set as well as off. We play board games, go out to dinner and just hang out. It’s amazing to be able to work with such a talented group of actors.

Rob Pattinson (Edward Cullen) and Jamie Campbell Bower (Caius) have more than you would think in common! Yes they are both in the Twilight Saga and Harry Potter (Deathly Hallows 1&2), but there is more than that.

Final point of obviousness: they’re both from London and they’re both actors. And he doesn’t just act - he’s also frontman in his own band, The Darling Buds (no, not the 80s Welsh indie outfit) and was formerly signed to Select Model Management. Bower is adorable, and he is certainly building a strong foundation of films to enjoy. Much like Robert Pattinson, his work in Twilight and Harry Potter will only strengthen his star status, but will it make him a heart-throb? We shall see … In the meantime, what do you think? It looks like the latest Adam Sandler movie, ‘Grown Ups‘ is going to be going up against Eclipse during opening weekend! This could be an interesting box office battle!!

Summit Entertainment’s “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” has June 30 staked out and the M. Night Shyamalan adaptation of “The Last Airbender” were already set to open two days later on July 2. This was curious enough that many industry execs wonders whether the “Twilight” Moms would take their kids to “Airbender” or drag their daughters to “Eclipse” instead. Now, Columbia Pictures has moved the Adam Sandler buddy comedy “Growns Ups” from it’s previously announced March 12 release to June 25. That’s only five days before “Eclipse” and could make “Grown Ups,” which also stars Chris Rock, Kevin James, David Spade and Rob Schneider, as a clearly men-only endeavor. Could it put a dent in “Eclipse’s” box office total?

Finally details about the soundtrack for New Moon!!

The New Moon Soundtrack is now available for pre-order on Amazon.comfor $12.99. I ordered my Twilight soundtrack from Amazon and found them to be much less expensive than most other places. The release date is November 20. Hmm, isn’t something else happening that day?

I can’t believe it! They are going to start filming Eclipse in about a month from now…August 17, 2009!

Get Ready Twilight fans, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will soon be reunited, as filming of the third Twilight film Eclipse is scheduled to start in just over a month. The third film Eclipse will start shooting at Vancouver Film Studios between August 17 and October 31, wrapping just in time for Halloween.
